SENATE BILL 145
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 2, strike lines 13 and 14 and strike line 15 up to "and".
2. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.
3. On page 2, line 17, remove the brackets and line-through and strike the underscored language.
4. On page 4, line 7, strike "conduct" and insert in lieu thereof "engage".
5. On page 4, line 8, after "audit", insert "of agencies that are reported in the state's annual comprehensive financial report".
6. On page 11, line 6, after "administration", insert ", provided that the report shall remain confidential until release by the state auditor".
7. On page 11, line 12, after "agencies", insert "that are reported in the state's annual comprehensive financial report".
8. On page 11, line 15, remove the brackets and the line through "audited" and strike the underscored language.
9. On page 12, line 3, strike "gifts," and strike ", donations".
